Are you searching for harmony in your life?
Let me share with you how did I find mine! Many of you know me from fitness and indoor cycling, which was definitely a big part of my life for more than 20 years. I have been always trying to improve my body, move my limits and put the smile on the faces of my clients and friends in my classes. I love fitness, I love dancing, I love yoga and the most I love indoor cycling.
But nevertheless, this is definitely not enough. We need to find the right balance and also take a rest, recover and take care of ourselves. For me additional step to training became two other important parts of my life and that is a therapy and treatment. My life is now mainly consisting of three parts, which influence each other and help me to reach more harmony.
TRAINING – find the activity, which makes you happy. It can be fitness, but it can be also something else – I have discovered walking, swimming, hiking…what are your areas? If you can integrate into this point your partner and family, than you are very lucky. Try it out!
THERAPY – let yourself be treated by a therapist. Get a massage, or some other therapy, which fits you the most. I have been starting with Dorn-Therapy in 2019, Relaxing Yoga Massage and Manual Pain Therapy later. These three techniques are helping my clients to reach a pain-free and relaxed life. I love to visit my colleagues offering Dorn Therapy or some relaxing massage techniques, because it helps me to recover and get connected with myself.
TREATMENT – what is your daily and weekly routine in taking care of your body? Are you rushing to finish the facial care and be fast out of your home in the morning or do you take time to choose the right products and use them consciously? Is your body your priority? Start with an easy exercise. When you do your facial routine – focus on what you are doing and appreciate your face with some attention. The same can be done when you take a bath. Just be here and now. Focus. Enjoy. Take a deep breath and just BE.
Healthy body goes together with a healthy mind. Maybe you realise, that these things are connected and influence each other. I belong to the group of people which can improve the positivite feelings through movement and body care. Maybe you have to take it sometimes also other way around and concentrate on your mind and feelings at first, search for the answer, what is the best solution for you and never stop exploring!
